Bring on those relaxing summer barbecues with this classic dish. You can’t go wrong with BBQ pork ribs!

This recipe makes 4 servings and takes about 15 minutes for prep time, and 3 hours, 30 minutes for cook time.

 

Ingredients

4 – 5 lbs. pork ribs
3 tbsp. of your favorite dry rub seasoning
1 c. of your favorite BBQ sauce

 

Mixing Directions

Preheat oven to 250°F.
Fully season ribs with your favorite rub seasoning.
Place ribs into a 15x11x12 pan. If using individual Country Style, lay ribs on their side. If using Baby Back slabs, place with the bone side facing up.
Cover baking dish with foil and place on the center rack of your pre-heated oven.
Bake for about 2 1/2 – 3 hours, depending on the size of the ribs you are using.
Remove ribs from the oven, and drain any grease in the pan. Flip the ribs over, and spread on your favorite BBQ sauce.
Place ribs in the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove ribs from the oven and transfer onto a platter. Loosely cover the platter with foil, and let sit for 10 minutes.
