Is the summer heat getting to you? Cool off with this quick and easy Blueberry and Strawberry Popsicle recipe. It’s bound to be a nice pairing with nice afternoon by the pool!
This recipe makes 10 servings and takes about 30 minutes for prep time, and 5 hours to complete.

 
Ingredients:

Blueberry Pops:
2 Cups of Frozen Blueberries, Thawed
1/4 Cup of Apple Juice
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1/2 Lemon, Juiced
1 Pinch Salt

Strawberry Pops:
2 Cups Frozen Strawberries, Thawed
1/4 Cup of Apple Juice
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1/2 Lemon, Juiced
1 Pinch Salt

Mixing Directions:
1. You’ll need 1 (10 count) 3-ounce frozen ice pop mold to hold the liquid ingredients
2. Combine all blueberry pop ingredients in a blender and blend contents until smooth
3. Pour contents into 5 of the pop molds
4. Repeat the same process for the strawberry pop ingredients
5. Pour contents into the remaining 5 pop molds
6. Cover pop molds with foil, poke pop stick through the foil in the center of each mold
7. Place ice pop mold in the freezer for at least 5 hours, or overnight
8. To remove the pops from the frozen molds, submerge the bottom 2/3 of the mold in hot water for about 5 seconds
9. Pull on the pop stick to remove from the mold
10. Enjoy your frozen fruity treat!
