My initial call was answered promptly by a friendly human being. It was mid-afternoon, and he apologized for not having anyone available until the following morning. (My job was not an emergency.) He gave me a 9 am – noon window. The company called at about 11 am to say the technician would be here in 20 minutes, and he was.
The tech was smart, helpful, confirmed the problem, quoted me a price for the repair and, once I had agreed, completed the repair on the spot, with parts from his large, well-equipped truck.
As others have said, Zurn may be a little more expensive than some, but it was done right, on estimate, in a single visit.
