Even though Thanksgiving is one of the busiest seasons for us, we aren’t just all work over the holiday. As a family tradition, we all gather at Ted and Wendy’s house to enjoy time with the family, giving thanks for all of our many blessings and, of course, eating a delicious feast.

If you’re curious about what we’ll be having for Thanksgiving dinner this year, here is one of our family’s favorite Thanksgiving side dishes!

Cranberry Apple Casserole

Heat your oven to 350° F and lightly spray a 9”x13” pan.
Toss together 4 cups of washed cranberries, 6 cups of peeled and chopped apples, and 2 cups of sugar.
Spread this mixture into the greased pan.

Combine 1 stick of softened butter, 2¼ cups of oats, 3 tbsp of flour, ¾ cup of brown sugar and ¾ cup of chopped pecans.
Crumble this mixture on top of the apples and cranberries.

Bake for 50-55 min or until its nice and bubbly!
